Refund Policy

All sales are final, with no cash refunds. We offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items.

Pre-order cancellations
Pre-orders can be cancelled for store credit until the pre-order window closes on October 17. After that, your item is in production and can’t be cancelled.

Exchanges & store credit
Email us within 14 days of delivery to request a size exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Exchanges depend on size availability; if your size isn’t available, you’ll receive store credit.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or the correct item at no cost to you.
