Shipping Policy

Pre-orders
Pre-order items are produced after the pre-order window closes on October 17. Pre-orders are expected to ship by mid-November. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships, and we’ll let you know right away if anything changes.

In-stock items
In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and may vary by order. International shipping is not available at this time.

Mixed orders
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order ships together once the pre-order items are ready.

Lost or stolen packages
OVRFLO is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier first, then email us at ovrflo.shop@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
